Important Moving Information 

We start and stop the clock at your home or place of business – we don’t round up! 


One-time $50 travel fee per truck if the move starts and ends within Fayette County.


Moving outside of Fayette County means the one-time travel fee is $3.00 per mile per round trip, per truck, starting and ending at our lot (236 Big Run Rd, Lexington, KY 40503).


Two-hour minimum on most moves – for smaller moves, please ask about our one-hour minimum.


We charge a $100 heavy item fee for pianos, gun safes, and pool tables.


Our 26’ box trucks, on average, can hold the contents of a typically furnished 1,500-square-foot home. For homes larger than 2,000 square feet, we recommend starting the move with two 26’ box trucks and four clean-cut movers. Our movers take all breaks off the clock.

Wildcat Moving accepts cash, personal checks, or credit/debit cards with a 3% convenience fee after every move. Personal checks are only accepted if the move ends at a residence or business in Fayette County. We cannot accept checks on load-only jobs, such as loading a POD or rental truck, or on moves ending at a storage unit.
