Blade Rouse
of Wildcat Moving

Mr. Rouse was promoted to The Wildcat Group's Vice President in January 2024. In the 3+ years prior, he led Wildcat Van Lines, the interstate trucking arm of Wildcat Moving. Mr. Rouse helped author a growth strategy that saw Wildcat Van Lines become a serious player in the long-distance relocation business. In 2020, Mr. Rouse took over the management responsibilities of Wildcat Mini Storage, which at the time was a 35-unit storage building in Lexington's Distillery District. Since 2020, Wildcat Mini Storage has acquired three additional facilities in Lexington and Nicholasville, and Mr. Rouse continues to oversee leasing, management, and the overall financial health of these assets.  

Mr. Rouse started at The Wildcat Group in August 2017 as a marketing assistant but was soon promoted to the newly created Customer Service Director position. In this role, he gained invaluable experience, specifically in the regulatory space, as he was responsible for ensuring claims were reviewed and processed in accordance with state law. Beyond the technical aspects of the job, Mr. Rouse discovered the importance of high-quality customer service throughout customers' moves, which is typically a stressful time in their lives. 

Mr. Rouse graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2016 with a degree in economics. He enjoys reading, walking his dog Luna, and cheering on the Cincinnati Reds and Kentucky Wildcats.
